Milos Real Estate is a real estate investment and development company registered in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC License No. DMCC-896487) and with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA Registration No. 37738), with its office at Unit No. E12, DMCC Business Centre, Level No. 13, AG Tower, Dubai, UAE. Information you give us. When you submit a property opportunity or an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, telephone number (including country code), the location and type of the property, your preferred method of contact, and any details you choose to include in your message.

Information collected automatically. When you submit the form we may receive an approximate location (city, region and country) and technical data such as your IP address, derived from your connection, together with standard usage information. Our forms include a simple anti-spam check to filter out automated submissions.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, and we ask that you do not submit them through this website.

We use your personal data to:

• review and assess property opportunities you submit;
• respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about it;
• contact you by your preferred method regarding a submission or a potential transaction;
• keep records of our correspondence and operate, secure and improve this website;
• comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

We rely on your consent, our legitimate business interests and, where relevant, the steps necessary to enter into or perform a transaction, as our lawful bases for processing.

• Service providers. We use trusted third parties who process data on our behalf, including Klaviyo (our email and customer-data platform) and our website hosting provider. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.
• Appointed partners. For enquiries relating to properties within our portfolio, we may pass your enquiry to an appropriately appointed brokerage partner so they can assist you.
• Legal and regulatory. We may disclose information where required by law or by a competent authority in the UAE.

We do not sell your personal data.

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside the UAE. Where they do, we take reasonable steps to ensure your data continues to be protected to a standard consistent with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. In practice that means for the duration of our correspondence and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legitimate business and legal requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw a consent you have given. To exercise any of these rights, email us at admin@milos.ae. You also have the right to raise a concern with the UAE Data Office.

This website does not use advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies, and does not set any non-essential cookies.
